Changes in traffic rules are humanly significant

Indian are going conscious of their life because the Motor Vehicle Act secured a near to healthy debate. You get that wrong, actually I wrote something wrong. It matters when a talk is going on MONEY. Whether we understand SENSEX or not, we hell know that it relates to money, will an eye on it. So, when it comes to TRAFFIC RULES, everyone knows it from its childhood, no matter where he/she has learned. Ironically everyone is rule breakers for the same. The last dialogue of AMAZING SPIDER-MAN was easily legitimated in INDIA when Andrew Garfield says Emma Stone, ''promises are made to break.'' For Indian Traffic commuters, PROMISES should be replaced with RULES. But we also have many rule-abiding citizens and probably that's why INDIA is not among TOP 50 in terms of the number of DEATH RATE in road accidents. India constitutes less than 25 deaths per 100000 inhabitants AND ranked at 67 out of 182 countries.

The newly elected government is all set to make this rank more handy with NEW TRAFFIC RULES under Motor Vehicle Amendment Act. The government understands the seriousness of the matter and knows the cost of every losing life on the road. It has been not even two years when previous Motor Vehicle Amendment came into force, they are ready with another one. More precisely, the Motor Vehicle Act has amended only TWO times after Independence and both under this regime.

The last amendment got wider appreciation and criticism as well. Everyone is afraid but not afraid. Is this fury about rule-abiding or that about the amount of penalty? Or for god sake, for both. One thing is very clear that no one will be sent to jail until it leads to an accident. But there is a provision of cashless treatment of road accident victim under GOLDEN HOUR(Critical time after an accident).

The new rule wants commuters to have the FIT ONLY vehicle so that it would not harm the environment, otherwise, the government can recall a vehicle for replacement by the manufacturer with the same or better specification. It signifies on INSURANCE and requires the Central government to set up the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund.

All good provision can be put apart and HIGHER PENALTY becomes important. So, FOUR STATE government has announced not to obey these rules, but they will keep receiving benefits under this act. Is this higher penalty meant for reviving the economy? Is it meant for compensating all those expenses related to traffic police salary, traffic light, and instrumentation? If it goes unsuccessful in both then?

If people keep violating rules at the same pace, government exchequer will have a positive impact. Because all the big cities TRAFFIC POLICE have been EQUIPPED with online penalty system with monitoring camera on their chest. Once you come under scanner when violating any rules, you can be slapped with e-challan. So, every time after completing your journey, do check your online status if you don't get any message for the penalty. And if you are not rule-breakers, all this goes meaningless.

Even if the government fails to secure monetary benefits, as if it meant for the first place, that will be also a win-win situation. Because less number of challan will reflect the increasing number of the rule-abiding citizen. And this benefit is simply not measurable.

Traffic sense of a country is well versed with patience, systematic propagation, discipline, justice, and the importance of lives. Otherwise, Indian roads are frankly blocked by procession, blocks and the FRIDAY PRAYER. Sometimes, congestion leads to the late arrival of the ambulance. Even this bill is failed to address such encroachment mainly related to the pedestrian.

What if it stops MINOR to drive on the cost of new scooty..!! 25000 ONLY..!!

16 people aged under 14 receive spot death every day, while 20 is the total number. MINOR is worst affected by stunts, which is not going to stop anyway. But now their stunt will not bother other commuters. They will have to select an open place for that.

A simple vehicle will need ROLLS ROYCE-level caretaking..!!

It's not the customer who buys ROLLS ROYCE, but it is the ROLLS ROYCE who buys its customer. Manufacturer of ROLLS ROYCE has some criteria to finalize its customer. Once a customer was asked about the favorite singer, he told BADSHAH and the manufacturer dismissed him.

So, now to buy a vehicle you should put an extra 1 LAKH INR for penalty, the height-est amount or even more to leave without barrier.

So, to make your drive feasible, visit regularly to your nearest pollution check center, have proper and valid driver's license, vehicle's document, proper permit, no overloading, helmets or seat-belts and cover yourself with third-party insurance.

And believe that your vehicle is no less than ROLLS ROYCE..!! So keep driving without taking alcohol.

And most important, never come as an obstruction to an emergency vehicle.

PERSONAL VEHICLE means PERSONAL..!!

Take some amount as security, if you lend your vehicle to someone. Because if he/she violates traffic rules and escape without paying challan. You may be liable for e-challan. So kindly note the time duration and do check it online if your vehicle has been liable for e-challan in the given time.

Righteous for Environment BUT may suck AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY..!!

To avoid any pitfall situation, it would be a challenging responsibility to have a private vehicle and to maintain it. Common people will tend towards bicycle to cover lower distances and public transport for another distance. So, selling of vehicle will be decreased but the environment will breathe good and also the health and fitness.

Seems that government wants to suck already deepen automobile sector.

Once the number of private vehicles will decrease on roads, the government may come with the sophisticated public transport of global level.

Pitfalls in ROADS then why ONLY Common people suffer both ways..!!

Good roads are very necessary, and it is the sole duty of government to maintain it. But good roads does not make one rule-abiding commuter. It's the only penalty and its procedure.

Bad roads are GOOD too. In some, it limits the speed and causes less number of deaths.

ONE ONLY SUGGESTION

Since traffic is parts of life for an average INDIAN. With the vast population of India, it has all the way challenging to propagate especially in big cities of north India. It takes a lot of time and energy every day to meet with the destination. This is not just frustrating but also a loss on the economic front. A study suggests that India loses $ 22 billion annually in four big cities, just because of congestion.

People spend 65% more time on roads during peak hour in Mumbai. Patna, Varanasi is comparatively small cities but fed up with jams.

Parking and encroachment is not a new problem.

So, to deal with it, the government should adopt the Lucknow model road, where bicycle cum-mutters have separate roads along with the regular one. And these roads are significantly covered with foliage shadow.

Addition to this, bicycle commuters should be given free parking space everywhere.

Construction of 90-degree turn on roads should be avoided, it causes accidents more often.

PLUS ONE

India should promptly invest in making its traffic rule more sophisticated, such that least accident, least death and least environment challenges would occur. This will spur the world to learn from India, especially all those left-hand traffic rule country.

Most of the countries appear in AKHAND BHARAT  map coincides with the left-hand rule. If they take India's inspiration in terms of traffic management, it will be worth investment.Image result for left hand traffic countries
